Become a game server reseller
Becoming a MagniRack reseller is the quick and easy way to provide your clients with great reliable services at affordable prices.
To become a reseller there is not much you have to do. Just email us asking for a reseller account. Please include the following information
Full name [First and last]
Address [street city state zipcode]
Phone number
Company name
Upon receiving this information we will create you a reseller account. Once this account is created it will be in a “Pending mode” and a invoice for $30 will be generated.
To get your account activated you MUST pay the invoice. This money will be credited to your account and can be used to buy services with MagniRack. Until the invoice is paid you will not receive your coupon code. Once your payment is received we will issue you a coupon code that will be active two [2] days after payment is received.
What do resellers get?
As a reseller you will be entitled to get 25% off any game server. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to allow reselling of teamspeak servers or webhosting as they would not be unbranded.
Our control panel for the gameservers is completely unbranded and your customers will have no knowledge that you are reselling.
Upon request you will be given a ip address that you can point a domain or subdomain to. We suggest something like gcp.”yourdomain”.com

Establish and handle resellers account.
Reseller Responsibilities
Provide billing to end user
MagniRack Resellers must provide services as a independent company
Provide customer service and support to the end user and is the only point of contact to MagniRack [The end user can not contact magnirack concerning support related matters]
Uses own logo and brand
Handles all marketing and sales, support for end users
Establishes end user pricing
Once I am a reseller how do I order?
Keep in mind when ordering there are 2 fields “Tcadmin user” and “Tcadmin Pass” these MUST be the same every time you order. [i.e. yourbusinessname and yourbusinesspass]
Once the game server is setup you will log into your control panel and assign a subuser with the clients information to the server that was setup. This allows you and your client to be able to manage the server.
PLEASE NOTE WE REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE BEFORE THE END OF THE BILLING CYCLE FOR CANCELLATIONS. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OVERDUE INVOICES ON YOUR ACCOUNT. IF NOTICE IS NOT RECEIVED 48 HOURS PRIOR THE DUE DATE ON THE INVOICE AND THE INVOICE GOES OVERDUE THAT SERVER WILL BE SUSPENDED. IF PAYMENT IS STILL NOT RECEIVED WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT AND ALL SERVICES.
